Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for joining us on our journey toward more thoughtful fashion. Every piece is made to order to reduce waste — but we still want you to feel great in what you wear.

Not happy with your item?
No problem. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 60 days of delivery — and we’ll issue a full refund once the item is returned.

  • Items must be in good condition — clean, undamaged, and ready for someone else to enjoy.
  • Returned pieces may be refreshed and added to our future Pre-Loved Collection — part of our commitment to circular fashion.

To start a return, email us at support@adg.boston with your order number. We'll guide you from there.

Need a different size?
We get it — fit matters.
If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or style, just reach out within the 60-day window. Once your original piece is returned, we’ll send the new one out at no additional cost.

Received the wrong or damaged item?
We're on it. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away and we’ll replace it or refund you — fast.
